All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. In the unlikely event a product you ordered is not available, we will notify you and provide a full refund if the payment has already been processed.

  • Net Banking
  • Wallets

Note: All payments are processed securely via our trusted payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS/email once your order is shipped.

4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

4.1 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.

4.2 Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged product (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

Note: We do not accept returns for hygiene products or items marked “non-returnable.”

4.3 Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
